I photograph rural New Zealand from the inside out - not as an outsider looking in, but as someone who understands the rhythm, the realities, and the meaning behind this way of life.
My approach is documentary and story-led. I don't stage moments or force expressions. Instead, focus on capturing what's already there - the candid interactions, the quite pride, the laughter, the exhaustion, and the beauty that exists in everyday rural moments.
Because those are the images that matter years from now.
